The two shirts I purchased are too big in the shoulder I will have to take them in or just wear them under something in winter. I love the colours and quality.

Quality is lovely. Personally the shirt is not a good fit for me. I prefer a longer shirt and am not super keen on the shape of the shirt at the bottom.
With all this being said I still wear it, just at home instead of out which is what I bought it for
